I've read books all my life, but just recently I got obsessed and nowadays I read daily. Contemporary, Romance, New Adult and Young Adult are my favorite genres.

Slammed - Colleen Hoover

First of all a warning; if you want to do something else with your day other than read books and you aren't quite comfortable with emotional roller coasters, I'd suggest that you stay away from Colleen Hoover's books.

Oh My, this book, I got no words. First I finished Hopeless in the afternoon and then started with Slammed. Best book day ever! Now, my thoughts are all over the place. These are those, earth shattering kind of books.

Slammed was so real. So real, that I laughed out loud many times (literally laughed out loud reading about the cancer costumes and Lake's line after meeting the principal, ("Y'all can go back to class. She just wanted to know where we got the materials for your costume so she can be a hemorrhoid next year") and during the next page I was crying like a little baby. The plot twist were like slams (hah) in the face and many times I wanted to cry out loud "haven't they suffered enough already!". But no, life is unreal (but it's my real), and that's what the book is all about. It's realizing that life isn't always easy, but it's LIFE and you should be happy to be able to live it.

Oh, I would like to write about this book for hours, but I can't, because there really aren't words to describe how much I love it.
